Municipality

Kirchdorf forms together with Riden and Nussbaumen the community Obersiggenthal. It is located in the Baden district, in the canton of Aargau, on the Siggenthaler north of Baden an der Limmat.

Access

Access to the property is also granted through the good-sized double garage.

Public transport

Very good traffic connections through RVBW (regional bus network) to Baden - every 8 minutes there is a bus to Baden train station with a travel time of around 7 minutes. A train to Baden leaves every 20 minutes from Baden station. Travel time is only 15 minutes.

The Autobahn connection Baden-West to the A1 can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.

Leisure time

Obersiggenthal has a beautiful garden and indoor swimming pool located on a slope. In addition, more than 90 active clubs, sporting, cultural and other socially are active in the community Obersiggenthal.
